Specialist in negotiation processes and inorganic growth, Eduardo has successfully completed over 60 transactions throughout his career and has managed both his own companies and those of others. He has also been responsible for developing portfolios of companies across various productive and service sectors.
He is a founding partner of QUAN, a boutique firm specializing in outsourced funding, targeted acquisitions, and cross-border divestitures with a focus on small to medium-sized enterprises.
He earned his degree at ITESM (B.A) and his postgraduate degree at IPADE (The Medex Program), with additional studies at Stanford Business School, Harvard’s JFK School, CIDE, among others.

Economist by profession from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE), with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector and certified as Figure 3 by the AMIB.āØHe has worked in various areas and levels of responsibility within the banking sector, including market and credit risks, corporate treasury for liquidity/capital management, SME preferred banking, and foreign exchange trading.āØCurrently, he collaborates as a financial advisor, leading multiple projects such as the establishment of a fund for a renewable energy company and serving as the investor relations manager for a major manufacturing company, among others.
